XIV RISA Convention

On October 13th–15th, MGIMO University will host the 14th Russian International Studies Association (RISA) Convention. As is tradition, the Convention will gather over 1,500 leading Russian and foreign scholars to discuss historical, socio-economic, political and legal aspects of shaping a new world order. If you want to organize a panel or a conference on the margins of the 14th Convention, you are welcome to send your proposals regarding the topic and the expected participants list to risa@inno.mgimo.ru. Specialized events of the partner academic and educational organizations will be held on the margins of the Convention. We invite researchers, practitioners, young scholars and PhD students to participate. For that, you need to register.

Russian International Studies Association is one of the most dynamic national associations dealing with international relations studies. RISA is a member of the International Studies Association (ISA).

The goal of RISA is to preserve and develop the best traditions of interdisciplinary research and teaching in the sphere of international relations. In the aftermath of every Convention the Russian international studies association traditionally publishes the materials presented during the work of sections and round tables.

Please mind that the participants are expected to submit to the moderators of the sections the abstracts as well as full texts of the reports / articles (requirements for reports / articles), in advance.
